At TOAST, we are committed to quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
